One of the most known trumpets ever made is the
Martin Committee. Typically the name Miles Davis is attached to whatever
conversation is being had about the horn. Committee's are known for their
flexibility and beautiful sound.
This Martin Committee comes from the Leblanc-production era. It still
features a hand-hammered bell and reverse lead-pipe. The feel and timbre of
this horn confuses some of the most discerning ears with how comfortable
